Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, washing machine (no dryer), and step-free access. Step out onto your private, south-facing, uncovered terrace. The shared garden is beautifully landscaped, and you have access to a communal ping-pong table and outdoor shower. The complex offers 5 shared outdoor pools: 3 for adults and 2 for children, plus a dedicated kids’ area. You can park inside the residential complex, though spaces are not guaranteed, especially in summer. Street parking is also available. Events are not allowed on the property. For environmental reasons, we ask you to use the air conditioning responsibly. The apartment is located in the Elviria district, known for its beach and native vegetation, offering a unique experience close to nature.
